About our journey

The Scania Group is a renowned name in the iron and steel industry producing 15 glorious years of experience in steel making. The group was founded by Sri Sawarmal Gadodia under whose guidance the group grew from strength to strength. It was the vision of the founder in the year 1990 to look beyond the horizon of Ramabahal Village in Odisha and saw the cities to tomorrow. Thereafter the steel demand gave a boom to make the expansion of Scan Group. The never ending vision of the real entrepreneur Sri Sanjay Gadodia, son of Sri Sawarmal Gadodia geared up the industry and spread Scan Group not only in Odisha but also in a number of states such as Chattisgarh and Karnataka. In the year 2007 Mr. Sanjay Gadodia formed the Scania Group. The group is strong in steel manufacturing having wide presence and network.

Sanjay Gadodia

Director

Mr. Gadodia has over 14 years experience in the Iron & Steel industry and is the founder of the SCANIA Group. He is responsible for overall management of all the units and is the driving force behind all of the Company’s strategy, finance, marketing and human resource initiatives.

Build various water pumps in several villages near the unit.

Constructed in a room in the lions eye hospital.

Constructed a park and sponsored for the greenery in UC engineering college Burla.
